As a child, I have the fondest memories of spending the weekends down the shore at my family shore house. We’d spend every holiday and summer hanging with the family. Coming from an Italian family, “antipasto” was a staple in the home. We could always whip up a quick spread!
When holidays rolled around, my Pop and I would be in charge of making the “cheese and meat” boards. This would consist of rolled meats, various cheeses, marinated goodies, olives, fruits.. you name it! The antipasto was so large it barely fit on the table. We didn’t only make one for the day, there’d be three as a tablescape. Delish!
When thinking of these memories with him, it brings happiness. Making my creations and designs spread joy to others. There’s no better feeling than hearing someone say, “Wow, that’s beautiful.” Or “I cannot wait to dive into that!”
What better way to someone’s heart and home than through good food?

BOARDs Facts
Due to the fresh nature of these products, every board box or platter is custom made and needs to be refrigerated upon pick up/delivery to ensure the utmost in quality.
Specialized orders, "outside of the box" (platters, troughs, crates, etc) will need to be placed at least 1 week in advance.
Deliveries available in parts of Morris & Ocean County (limited availability). Delivery fees apply.
